Philosophy

CMIS does not publicly advertise for business or recruitment. New consultants are only considered on a referral basis from our other consultants, customers, and associates for our "referral bonus" program.

CMIS can negotiate a "rent-to-own" agreement prior to assignment start in the event of a mutual desire by both Customer and CMIS consultant to establish a permanent employment relationship. Otherwise, CMIS will normally permit customer solicitation of CMIS consultants for permanent employment at no cost after six months on assignment.

CMIS customer billing rates are normally quoted for each consultant on a cost plus basis, with an emphasis on economy of long-term utilization.

CMIS standard performance guarantee to Customers is a two-week "no smile, no bill" warranty for any new IS/IT or Engineering Consultant placed on temporary assignment.

CMIS will not solicit customer employees for employment.

CMIS personnel will perform work assignments for Customers in accordance with applicable law and highest ethical standards.

CMIS personnel will not use or copy any proprietary information of any Customer except for the purposes of and to the extent necessary for completion of project assignments for the Customer.

CMIS will assign and grant to the Customer the entire right, title, and interest in all programs, documentation, and reports produced in the course of project assignments for the Customer.
